Responsibilities
• People Operations & Compliance: Facilitate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes; manage social security, housing funds, and HR compliance to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Office Operations & Culture: Oversee daily office supplies procurement and logistics; lead event planning and hospitality to foster a vibrant team culture.
• Administrative & Strategic Support: Assist in preparing corporate documentation, policy/subsidy applications, and company profiles with high standards of compliance.
• Performance & Communication: Assist in organizing performance reviews and requirements; act as a bridge for internal communication and feedback loops.
• Process Optimization: Continuously iterate on employee experience and drive efficiency across recruiting and operational workflows.
Requirements
• High Agency & Execution: A self-starter with exceptional coordination and time management skills, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Modern Toolstack: Proficient in Lark (Feishu) and its HR/ATS suite. Basic proficiency in Adobe/Figma/CapCut for creating and editing administrative/brand assets.
• Adaptability & AI-Native: Fast learner with the ability to leverage AI tools to iterate on SOPs and optimize workflows.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; expert in document and spreadsheet management.
